CBSS- Expert Group on Youth Affairs

The CBSS- Baltic Sea Expert Group on Youth Affairs consists of representatives of the ministries responsible for youth policy from the Baltic Sea countries and a representative of the Regional Youth Council of Schleswig-Holstein. The Expert Group defines the tasks and priorities in its annual Work Plans with regard to the budget and the running work of the Secretariat. The Regional Youth Council of Schleswig-Holstein is responsible for the administration of the Secretariat. The Expert Group will convene at least once per year. The Secretariat submits to the Expert Group written reports on a monthly and annually base. The agreement on the Baltic Sea Secretariat for Youth Affairs is valid for the period 2009-20011 after which a review will take place. The Expert Group yearly agrees upon the budget of the Secretariat.
